Duties of the Service Advisor:
7. Experience in a Service Advisor role is required.
8. You will be taking bookings, helping to organise the technicians' workload, managing diaries, advising customers, alongside other duties.
9. You will be upselling products and services to enhance the customers' experience and earn your bonus.
10. You will have the personal skills to be the face of a reputable vehicle brand.
11. You will be confident and willing to get involved with administration tasks as per the needs of the business.
Requirements for the Service Advisor Role:
12. You will need motor trade experience in the Service department or knowledge of how a service department works.
13. You will be willing to learn and get involved in other areas of the business where necessary.
14. You must be a confident and outgoing individual in order to make a success of the role.
