Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you’ll be a key part of the finance team, responsible for producing accurate and insightful financial reports that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You’ll work with large datasets, help improve reporting systems and controls, and occasionally deputise for senior accountants. This is a varied and rewarding role where your input will directly influence service delivery and financial performance.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong financial management experience with excellent attention to detail.
2. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
3. Confidence in working with and challenging budget holders to add value.
4. Experience in capital accounting or housing development is desirable but not essential.
5. A proactive mindset and a passion for improving systems and processes.
