About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at our new service Bridge House, Spalding, Lincolnshire. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips. The Senior Practitioner will report to the Registered Manager and support Life Practitioners day to day. A company vehicle is provided to transport residents to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more. Starting rates are £13.99 with progression: Level 1 - £13.99, Level 2 - £14.31, Level 3 - £15.19. You will have opportunities to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
