We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK property consultancy that is expanding its Cost Consultancy offering. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Director of Cost Consultancy to drive the development of the service line, lead client delivery, and support strategic business growth.
The Role
* Lead and grow the Cost Consultancy service line alongside a Senior Director.
* Manage end-to-end cost consultancy delivery across commercial, industrial, residential, PBSA and BTR projects.
* Develop new and existing client relationships and support business development.
* Improve service line practices, processes, templates and quality control.
* Mentor and support the development of a growing technical team.
* Collaborate with wider business units to ensure aligned standards and service excellence.
About You
* MRICS qualified with a relevant degree.
* Strong technical background in cost consultancy with proven delivery experience.
* Confident client-facing communicator with a commercial mindset.
* Ability to lead, influence, and drive service improvement.
* Established industry network and ability to generate new opportunities.
* Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
