Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is an essential part of this role.
- Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required.
- Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX), User Experience (UX) Research, and User Interface (UI) Design is suggested.
- Develop and refine user experience strategies that align with project goals and user needs.
- Lead efforts to identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience elements.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in user experience design.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and quality standards within the team.
