We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to support the daily running of our front desk operations. You'll lead by example, assist with team supervision, and ensure that every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
* Support and guide reception team members during shifts
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with confidence and care
* Maintain a strong presence at the front desk, leading by example in service delivery
* Assist with staff training, onboarding, and daily briefings
* Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate room allocation and billing
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Help manage shift handovers, reporting, and front desk administration
