Based in Leyburn, we are a 2nd generation family run home care business established in 2002 and operating with clients across North Yorkshire, with some live-in clients all over England. Our clients are mostly self-funding, but we also have North Yorkshire funded hourly care clients, as well as some NHS funded care. We are recruiting for a new Trainee Care coordinator - information about the role is laid out below.
Care Coordinator
This is a Full Time role but Part Time applicants will be considered
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic trainee care coordinator to be based in our Leyburn office.As the trainee care coordinator, you will work as part of our care coordinator team, reporting to the Registered Manger, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of service, ensuring Premiere Cares clients and carers receive an excellent, well managed and efficient service.
The successful candidate will be well organised, computer literate and with a confident, caring approach to dealing with the public, both over the phone and in person. They must be a car owner / driver with a full UK driving licence and it is desirable (but not essential) that they have some past experience of working in the care industry.
