Role Purpose Working together to create epic community pubs & provide great hospitality experiences Maximising business opportunities through supporting our Publicans and Management Partners Delivering the everyday, brilliantly, simply providing great admin & support via phone/email/e-queries as well as face to face Regionally or Concept aligned, providing admin support for Operations and other business areas where required. Onboarding new acquisitions Giving brilliant service and meeting customer expectations, whilst keeping to departmental objectives Delivering any ad-hoc tasks as required and provide cover to the wider Business Support team Develop a deep understanding of our pubs, Publicans, Management Partners and our People Identify customer needs and deliver the best solution in line with business ways of working Proudly and confidently communicate all things Punch Provide high quality, administrative assistance to support in driving profit growth Add your personality into your role!
