Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waitstaff.
2. Welcome and seat guests in a professional, friendly manner.
3. Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across the team.
4. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
5. Train, mentor, and support junior staff members.
6. Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service is maintained at all times.
7. Monitor table turnover, reservations, and special requests.
8. Assist with menu knowledge, specials, and upselling techniques.
9. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas in compliance with Donnybrook Fair and health & safety standards.
10. Oversee the cleaning and hygiene of restrooms, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and presentable at all times.
11. Ensure all front-of-house staff adhere to professional standards of dress and personal grooming.
12. Support stock control and inventory for front-of-house supplies.
13. Contribute to staff scheduling and shift planning when required.

14. 2+ years expierence as a supervisor in cafe, restaurant or similar is required fro this role
15. Strong customer service and communication skills.
16. Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
17. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
18. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
19. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
20. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
21. Leadership and motivational skills.
