Construction Programmer\n\nExeter\n\n£60,000-£65,000, Car Allowance & company bonus\n\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Programmer to join one of our long standing clients, out of their Exeter office.\n\nAs a Construction Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and updating construction schedules, coordinating site routes and layout plans with Construction Managers, and tracking project progress through regular reports and site visits. You maintain key tracking systems such as the Build Sales Tracker, Milestone Tracker, and Timber Frame schedules, and collaborate with senior management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain construction programmes and schedules\n\nCollaborate with Construction Managers to develop site routes and layout plans\n\nIssue weekly programme updates and track site progress\n\nMaintain key tracking systems including trackers and schedules\n\nMonitor project delays and issue exception reports\n\nConduct weekly sales reporting and update CML dates\n\nAttend D&B meetings and coordinate build route adjustments\n\nAssist in monthly contractor reports including key photos and dates\n\nConduct random site visits to monitor progress\n\nCoordinate EPC submissions and update COINS with progress\n\nLiaise with senior management on EOTs, LADs, and contractual obligations\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nProficient in ASTA, MS Project, or similar planning software\n\nSolid understanding of construction programming and project planning\n\nFamiliarity with building regulations and construction standards\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills\n\nStrong organisational and time management abilities\n\nAbility to multitask across several active projects\n\nDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline\n\nPrevious experience in residential construction, programming, or senior coordination roles.\n\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience\n\n * £6,500 car allowance\n\n * 25% company bonus\n\n * Salary sacrifice car scheme (available to all employees)\n\n * Up to 33 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 39 with service)\n\n * Private medical insurance\n\n * Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave\n\n * 2 volunteering days per year\n\n * Salary sacrifice pension scheme\n\n * Life assurance – 4x annual salary\n\n * Share save and incentive schemes\n\n * Employee rewards portal and more
