Join the team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham as a Guest Relations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment our guests arrive.
As the Guest Relations Manager you will act as a visible and welcoming host in the lobby - building genuine connections, proactively gathering feedback and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You’ll play a key role in continuously enhancing the guest experience, creating memorable moments and positive stays from arrival through to departure.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Welcome guests to the hotel and act as a friendly and visible host in the lobby
2. Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences
3. Encourage and gather feedback from guests throughout their stay
4. Investigate and respond to guest comments and reviews, whether received in person, via email or online
5. Work closely with departments across the hotel
6. Share feedback and insights with the wider team to help continually improve the guest experience
What we’re looking for:
7. A confident hospitality professional with strong front-of-house presence
8. Experience in guest relations, service and reputation management
9. The ability to build rapport quickly and create lasting impressions
10. Clear communication skills with sound judgement and decision-making ability
11. A proactive mindset and genuine passion for exceptional hospitality
This is a full-time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am-3:30pm, Lates from 14.30pm-23:00pm and middle shifts from 9am – 17.30pm – to include weekends on a rota basis.
