We need a kind, patient, friendly and caring person to join our amazing existing Front of House team, looking after some of the best pets and pet owners in Bedfordshire. The role includes reception duties plus a lot more including the use of email, computers, and lots of communication with the team and our clients. You will work alongside our fantastic team who will offer full training for the role. This is a fixed-term role for 6 months. We are situated within a lovely market town with excellent transport links to London and beyond. You will join our fantastic team of hard-working people, including 6 Vets, 9 Veterinary Nurses and 5 receptionists plus support staff. Are you the perfect fit? The perfect candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. A compassionate and caring attitude toward animals and their owners, along with a reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour, is essential. Shift patterns that work for you The rota is relatively flexible, to cover approximately 21 hours a week inclusive of one Saturday morning in 4 and at least two evenings until 7pm.
