Carbon60 are currently looking for a Process Performance Engineer to join a client of ours based in Filton. This position is a contract role with both PAYE and Umbrella rates available. This contract is until the end of October 2026 with probable extension. As the Process Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining PERT charts, SLB (Station Line Balancing), and other critical path and process improvement documentation. You will identify and share best practices across various teams and facilities, maximising efficiency and productivity. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will be instrumental in proposing process improvements, reducing cycle times, and enhancing overall manufacturing performance.
