Transaction Manager - Nissan Maidstone
Hours: Full-time, hours per week
Salary: £25,000 basic salary with a generous OTE & Bonus scheme in place.

The Role:
We are seeking a Transaction Manager at our Nissan Maidstone store to facilitate the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced car sales professionals seeking career progression.
What you'll do:
1. Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring compliance with FCA rules & guidelines.
2. Provide advice and guidance to Sales Executives, balancing good customer outcomes with sales performance.
3. Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
4. Complete monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance.
5. Train and upskill the Sales Executive team in finance and insurance.
Who you are:
1. Experience as a Franchise Transaction/Business Manager or within a Sales Executive/Controller role.
2. Ability to work to deadlines and a professional approach with mentoring skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
4. A team player with initiative and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent customer management skills.
