Overview
As our Domiciliary Care Branch Manager for a new branch, you will be the pivotal driver in setting up and leading the business. You will oversee and coordinate home care services for individuals who need help with daily living activities while remaining in their own homes. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, manage care plans, supervise home care staff, and coordinate services to promote independence and quality of life.

Key duties and responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch staff, foster a positive work environment, and support professional development.
* Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and effective risk management across services.
* Build client and community relationships, handle concerns, conduct assessments, and promote services.
* Manage branch performance, including budget oversight, KPI monitoring, and identifying growth opportunities.
Skills and attributes
* Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting
* Strong business acumen with a drive to develop and grow the service
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
* Effective leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
Education and qualifications
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
* Location: Kingsley Homecare (Sudbury), Sudbury, Suffolk
* Pay: £42,500 per year (dependent on experience)
