We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Large Claims team within their Belfast office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Claims department, working on a diverse range of high-profile claims across the Insurance sector. The candidate will support the lead lawyer with challenging, high-profile High Court cases, ranging from matters such as casualty to motor claims, including catastrophic injury cases.
The candidate will also handle their own caseload of claims valued between £100k to £250k. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 5+ PQE;
* Strong background in indemnity, liability, and medical negligence;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
