Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive to join us in this core role within the Sales Team on a fixed-term maternity contract. This role sits within our in our East Midlands region, based from our regional Head Office near Nottingham. To effectively administer and co-ordinate all aspects of the legal process of house sales ensuring the delivery of key targets. The duties of the role include (but are not limited to);
• Check information is correct on reservation forms, plot schedules, customer profiles and chain progression sheets
• Monitor the progress of all reservations through to legal completion
• Check all details on contracts when received from Solicitors
• Support Sales Director with coordination of weekly and monthly plot completion requirements

Skills, knowledge & experience
Essential
We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and skilled communicator with strong organisational skills. They will be creative and apply a flexible and agile approach to their work. They will be passionate about their work with a helpful, can-do attitude.
The postholder will be collaborative with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. They will have a high level of computer literacy in MS Office.
Desirable
