JDR Recruitment are recruiting an accounts admin to join our client based in Golborne WA3 Location: Golborne WA3 Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 DOE, based on a 34 hour working week. Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 4pm finish on a Friday Direct Permanent position Immediate start available The Role: · Checking supplier invoices against goods received. · Processing supplier invoices onto Sage · Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements. · Preparation of monthly supplier payment runs. · Prepare and send supplier remittances. · Advanced payments for proforma invoices as required. · Liaising with suppliers. Experience / Skills Required: · Full training for this role will be given but you'd be at an advantage if you've previously worked within an admin environment · Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft · Communication skills and good attention to detail · Focused attitude towards customer service · Strong organisational and time management skills along with the ability to manage a varied workload.
