The role of Junior Graphic Designer...
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes creative design, to work within our in-house Graphics team.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, image-focused individual to assist with product uploads and transferring content from shoots to Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for e-commerce. Responsibilities will also include colour correcting and enhancing footage from both iPhones and professional cameras, then editing them together for our product pages.
Responsibilities of the Junior Graphic Designer:
* Video editing for PDP.
* Creating high quality print assets, including but not limited to: Shop POS, lookbooks, product
* images, swing tags and promotional assets.
* Designing and producing the Aspiga Loves bi-monthly lifestyle magazine.
* Retouching, resizing and colour matching product images for use across our brand channels.
* Shooting still life photography of seasonal products as required.
* Liaising with printers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget.
* Supporting with model casting photography
* Liaising with Retail teams to ensure seasonal store assets are delivered on time and on
* budget.
* Coordinating daily workload with the Graphics Manager
What Aspiga is looking for:
* At least 1 full year of experience in a fast-paced in-house graphics team
* Demonstrable experience using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
* A minimum of basic knowledge of video editing, specifically CapCut
* A keen eye for AI and be confident to trial new programs to speed up workflow where possible.
* Retail experience
* A can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* A fast learner
* An eye for detail.
* Video editing, photography and copywriting skills are a plus
* Retail experience with an understanding of local store requirements is a plus
