Senior Associate/Partner, Dispute Resolution – Glasgow (Assignment 15650)
1. Join an award-winning Scottish firm’s Dispute Resolution team handling insolvency, commercial, and property litigation.
2. Minimum 7 years’ PQE with a strong litigation track record and proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
3. Full-time role offering excellent career progression in a dynamic environment.
Disputes/Commercial Disputes & Claims (Liability Claims Defence Team) – Glasgow or Edinburgh (Assignment 16713)
4. Advise on a wide range of liability claims, property damage, and personal injury cases across sectors.
5. 2–5 years’ PQE required, with experience in defending claims in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
6. Collaborative full-time role with strong professional development support.
Commercial Disputes – Edinburgh (Assignment 17466)
7. Work on High Court and international arbitration disputes in sectors like finance, energy, and technology.
8. England & Wales qualification essential, with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial disputes.

Dispute Resolution (Property Litigation) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17355)
10. Specialise in property disputes including landlord/tenant issues, land access, and boundaries.
11. Minimum 3 years’ PQE, confident managing own caseload and contributing to business development.
12. Full-time preferred; flexible/part-time applications welcomed with competitive benefits.
Commercial Disputes – Aberdeen (Assignment 17081)
13. Broad caseload across construction, energy, property, and agriculture sectors.
14. 3+ years’ PQE with strong drafting skills and experience in Sheriff Courts and Court of Session.
15. Involves client engagement, training delivery, and marketing activities with travel opportunities.
Experienced Personal Injury Litigator/Advocate – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16819)
16. Focus on courtroom advocacy in personal injury cases, from initial opinion to proof appearance.
17. At least 5 years’ PQE, ideally as a Solicitor Advocate or experienced litigator with strong advocacy skills.
18. Full-time role supporting work-life balance, requiring 2 days/week in-office.
Litigation – Hamilton / Hybrid / Remote (Assignment 15901)
19. Manage varied litigation caseload including debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial disputes.
20. Minimum 3 years’ PQE with strong advocacy skills and interest in career development.
21. Hybrid or remote working options with a supportive, client-focused firm.
