Project Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead to come on board as a senior figure within the project delivery function (Project Management Office) Role combines strategic project delivery with operational execution. You will gain exposure to a range of projects across the organisation, so we are looking for a real all-rounder.

What you'll be doing
In this role you will be working across all areas of the business to identify, manage and deliver projects to effectively support major change in order for the business to achieve its strategy, vision and operational priorities
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that align with strategic business objectives, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are clearly defined and achieved.
* Develop and implement strategic project plans, translating high-level business goals into actionable initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
* Drive operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively within dynamic organizational environments, while maintaining quality and governance standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering alignment, engagement, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
What experience you'll need
To be successful in this role the following experience
* Qualifications – Appropriate and relevant education and work experience related to project management alongside relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APM.
* Experience – Project Management experience essential, Programme Management experience is desirable. Demonstrable project management skills and experience, including the successful application of project management methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects through to the successful achievement of planned benefits.
* Skills – Organised, methodical, with a very good attention to detail. Familiarity with methodologies and project tools such as Agile, Waterfall, APM, PRINCE 2, PMI and Microsoft Project.
* Significant project management delivery experience in large complex organisations.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive project success.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers, financial principles, and market dynamics to ensure programs deliver measurable commercial value.
* Change Leadership: Ability to lead and manage change across teams and departments, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
* Risk and Issue Management: Proactive in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues that could impact program delivery or business outcomes.
* Personal Development – Must take initiative to ensure skills and specialisations are acquired to ensure that all relevant skill sets are continually developed.
