Henderson Scott have partnered with a rapidly growing provider of temporary power generators that are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in the Northwest.
To be considered for this role, you must be based within the defined territory: from Stoke in the south to Bolton/Blackburn in the north, including the Manchester and Liverpool areas.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic sales plans that consistently meet — and exceed — monthly and quarterly targets. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities and re-engaging lapsed customers to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets.
* Drive revenue growth by securing new business and revitalising inactive accounts across the region.
* Work collaboratively with management to align on sales goals and maintain a strong future pipeline.
* Achieve and uphold KPIs and performance targets set by the business.
* Support the wider team as needed to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery.
About You
* Minimum of 3 years’ field sales experience within the generator hire sector, with a proven record of success.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to contingency planning.
* Skilled in building strong relationships with internal operational teams to support customer requirements.
* Highly organised, with a structured approach to territory planning, customer management, and pipeline development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
