The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities at both GUS Group level and across our institutions.
We need someone who brings more than just recruitment skills; we're looking for a network builder with active global AI talent pools. Whether you're with an AI specialist recruitment agency or in-house as an AI TA partner, you should have an active network of AI professionals worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting for executive leadership roles such as Chief AI Officer and Directors of AI.
* Hiring specialist technical roles like engineers, QA, and AI support.
* Supporting AI operations roles that drive business transformation.
* Hiring product and pedagogy-focused AI roles to foster innovation in learning and teaching.
You will be involved in the full AI hiring lifecycle, influencing how GUS embeds AI into operations, products, and pedagogy. As a trusted advisor to the C-suite and senior stakeholders, you'll guide talent strategy, attraction methods, and use data and market insights to inform decisions. You should demonstrate agility and resilience, partnering effectively with senior stakeholders while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment of AI roles across all levels and disciplines.
* Leverage existing global AI talent pools and networks to accelerate hiring.
* Partner with C-suite and business leaders to define roles, challenge briefs, and develop competitive hiring strategies.
* Deliver direct sourcing campaigns to attract top AI talent worldwide.
* Track and present recruitment metrics, ROI, and market insights to stakeholders, using data to optimize processes.
* Create compelling AI Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and candidate materials.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, positioning GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting in AI and technology markets, from an agency or in-house TA role.
* Active global AI talent pools and networks ready for immediate engagement.
* Experience recruiting a wide range of AI roles, from executive to technical positions.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at the C-suite level.
* A flexible, commercial, and agile approach to talent acquisition.
* Data-driven mindset: confident in using metrics and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate progress.
* Passion for employer branding and delivering a superior candidate experience.
* Expertise in talent mapping and sourcing niche skill sets—ability to find a needle in a haystack!
* Proven skills in candidate attraction, management, and conversion.
