Your new role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you'll provide tailored, person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Working across Frome and Shepton Mallet, you'll help clients with medium-level needs to maintain tenancies, access vital services, and move towards greater independence. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality accommodation services, managing referrals from the Local Authority, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. The role operates on a rota system, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekend cover (typically 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota is also required.
