Senior Group FP&A Manager

What we're looking for
We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a senior group FP&A Manager you'll business partner the International market, and support FP&A across the Group, working collaboratively to develop a culture of finance excellence within the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Act as the key finance partner to the International President- bringing insight, challenge and strategic options that improve commercial, operational and financial outcomes.
* Full ownership of FP&A for International markets (Europe & AMEA), including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and monthly performance; line manager of FP&A managers in the markets.
* Aggregate and consolidate total Group results, partnering closely with Group CFO and Group FP&A to influence decisions at Exec and Board level.
* Build and continuously improve financial models and reporting to support scenario planning, pricing, new store economics and margin improvement.
* Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions.
* Drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work.
* Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads.
* The role reports into the FP&A Director. This is a full-time role.
Experience and Skills required
* 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
* Expert modeler and teacher of modelling
* Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
* Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
* Line manager experience preferred
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
* Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred

* £85,000 - £90,000 per annum plus 20% bonus potential
