Vehicle Technician Opportunity for Car Dealership in Guildford
1. Salary: Up to £37,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
2. Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota

3. Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000 with uncapped OTE reaching approximately £44,300

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
8. Conduct vehicle health checks and inspections in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
9. Perform vehicle servicing, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid top-ups
10. Carry out minor repairs, accessory fitting, and basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
11. Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accurate record-keeping
12. Test drive vehicles to verify fault rectification and report any additional work required
13. Support warranty repairs and customer requests efficiently and professionally
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
14. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
15. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
16. Full UK driving licence is essential
17. Self-motivated, team player, with a strong commitment to high standards in vehicle repair
18. Enthusiastic about further training and development, including brand and electric vehicle accreditation
19. Experience with diagnostics, MOT testing, and EV systems is advantageous but not essential
