External Account Manager Northern Ireland
Location: Belfast (Hybrid 3 days customer-facing 1 day office 1 day from home)

We're partnering with a global chemical distributor to find a motivated and results-driven External Account Manager to manage and grow their Northern Ireland portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established base of high-value industrial and manufacturing clients, reconnect with dormant accounts and drive new business growth across the region.
What youll be doing :
* Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing accounts achieving sales and EBITDA targets.
* Reconnect with lapsed customers and open new trading accounts.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
* Negotiate contracts close profitable deals and deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with internal commercial and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
What were looking for :
* Proven B2B sales experience within manufacturing or industrial markets.
* Ideally knowledge of industrial chemicals
* A genuine passion for sales; energetic proactive and results-oriented.
* Confident managing your own territory from the factory floor to the boardroom.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder with a hunter mindset.
* Organised commercially aware and driven to exceed targets.
