The Role:
As a Hire Controller, you will:
Take charge of the hire and off-hire process, ensuring all orders are efficiently processed.
Maximise hire income to meet budget targets while maintaining high service levels.
Handle customer enquiries and callouts promptly and professionally.
Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections with the Depot Assistant Manager.
Manage customer contracts and maintain accurate records in our hire system.
Liaise with the service department to ensure efficient service delivery.
The Candidate:
For the Hire Controller role, you should have:
Previous hire desk experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
The ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent relationship-building skills across all business levels.
Strong negotiation skills and business awareness.
