In the role of Senior Consultant, you will act as a primary developer on application. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Responsibilities
* Act as the primary developer on application projects.
* Analyze requirements, design and implement integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
* Define activities and modules, lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs.
* Lead development of integration solutions across MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, TCPIP, REST protocols.
* Create message flows using nodes such as MQ, SOAP, HTTP, Transform, File, Routing, Aggregate, and Timer.
* Implement SOAP web services and REST APIs using IIB.
* Design and implement integration patterns and exception‑handling logic.
* Debug and troubleshoot integration issues in all development environments.
* Configure and manage IBM MQ components: queues, queue managers, clustering, pub‑sub, security, certificates.
* Deploy and monitor IIB in Unix/Linux environments.
* Configure database integration for IIB solutions.
* Communicate status, risks and solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong experience with IBM Integration Bus and ESQL.
* Proficiency with integration protocols: MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, TCPIP, REST.
* Experience designing and implementing SOAP web services and REST APIs.
* Familiarity with exception‑handling nodes and integration patterns in IIB.
* Knowledge of IBM MQ fundamentals and advanced features (queue managers, clustering, pub‑sub).
* Ability to configure certificates, security and monitoring in IIB.
* Experience deploying IIB on Unix/Linux platforms.
* Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and quality awareness.
