We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior MI Developer to join our Operations team in Brentwood. This is a great opportunity to work at the core of data reporting, analysis, and business intelligence within a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance the integrity of MI processes and reporting systems
* Build accurate and timely reporting solutions using technologies such as SQL, SSRS, SAS, and Excel
* Support and lead data migration and reporting projects with both internal and external partners
* Investigate and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively
* Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports as part of a structured demand process
* Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar MI or data analytics role
* Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL (SSRS, SAS, and Excel desirable)
* Proven experience in delivering reporting solutions in a business environment
* Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data quality
* Familiarity with data confidentiality standards and secure reporting
* Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to manage workload independently and under pressure
