On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer with a background in mechanical maintenance or similar to join an animal nutrition specialist company, which is offering hands-on-training as well as personal benefits such as a company training, overtime and career development / progression.
In the role you, as a Maintenance Engineer or similar you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of automated and mechanical systems such as milling and packing equipment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving breakdowns to minimise downtime, collaborating with production teams to optimise performance, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and maintaining accurate records via a CMMS system while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a multi-skilled background in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, with a background in industrial or manufacturing, with relevant qualifications such as Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
The Role:
Reactive Maintenance Engineer for grinding, milling, mixing and associated production equipment
Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Ensuring machinery meets all health and safety standardsThe Person:
