We're looking for a Field Service Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Location: Andover
Role Responsibilities:
1. To Install, maintain, and sometimes operate our range of Mobile Processing Equipment.
2. To undertake weekly, and monthly on-site servicing of our, and our customers equipment
3. To attend mechanical breakdowns repairs at short notice when required.
4. Undertake servicing and repairs of equipment at Sludge TEK workshop in Andover.
5. Ideally able to undertake and document the statutory Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for our fleet of mobile processing units.
6. To undertake and document the statutory Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) of our workshop and office equipment.
7. Assist sales department with customer survey visits.
8. Supervise and train subcontract labour.
9. Compile Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to undertaking site work.
10. Some travel, mostly UK but occasional overseas work.
11. Call out rota and some weekend working required.
What we're looking for:
12. Electrical or Mechanical Biased Engineer, having served a recognised apprenticeship or other formal training. Mature, organised and able to undertake the repair of high-speed rotating equipment electrical systems.
13. Familiar with industrial installation and control systems.
14. Familiar with PLC/Micro Processor control systems and Star/Delta or Inverter motor drive techniques up to Kw.
15. Process Experience; currently is or has worked in the water, or process/manufacturing industry.
16. Flexible; must be willing to work the hours required of a service engineer.
17. Customer Focused; must be able to communicate at all levels and gain the trust and respect of customers and other team members.
18. Computer and General Literacy; must be able to compile service and visit reports and be able to use MS Word, Outlook and Excel software.
19. Willingness to learn new skills and gain new qualifications.
20. Driving Licence; must have clean full driving licence.
