Are you an experienced customer success leader with deep knowledge of electronic trading or FX technology? Do you thrive at the intersection of client relationships, product innovation, and complex institutional workflows? We’re hiring a Head of Customer Success to lead the global CS function for a fast-growing fintech delivering modern eFX solutions to banks, brokers, and buy-side institutions.


This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll define the strategy, build a world-class team, and strengthen long-term partnerships with some of the most sophisticated clients in global markets.


What You’ll Lead

* Customer Success Strategy: Own the vision and direction for the CS organisation, defining best-in-class processes for onboarding, adoption, value realisation, and retention.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting complex eFX workflows, integrations, and trading environments.
* Client Partnerships: Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic clients, ensuring they maximise value from the platform and view the company as a long-term, trusted partner.
* Customer Advocacy & Growth: Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals, and champion customer requirements across the business.
* Cross-Functional Influence: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and operations to streamline implementations, shape the roadmap, and elevate the end-to-end client experience.
* Operational Excellence: Establish scalable frameworks, customer health metrics, playbooks, and reporting structures to support global growth.


What You Bring

* Senior leadership experience in customer success, account management, or client services within eFX, electronic trading, capital markets technology, or fintech.
* Deep understanding of FX trading workflows (pricing, execution, liquidity, post-trade, risk).
* Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving renewals, upsells, and long-term customer value.
* Exceptional communication skills, including comfort engaging senior stakeholders at banks, brokers, and institutional clients.
* Proven ability to lead teams, design CS strategies, and scale processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
* A proactive, strategic mindset combined with a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
