The post holder will be based at: QMC & City Campuses. The post holder will have a Trust-wide responsibility to promote clinical excellence in the care of patients presenting with heart failure. This post will support the continued implementation of the NICE Quality Standards in Acute Heart Failure and Chronic Heart Failure The post holder will work strategically with senior colleagues across the health community to ensure that these standards are delivered at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating both inpatient and outpatient services for patients with heart failure and providing clinical advice/ support to nursing staff and other health care professionals.
