Offer | £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)
We are working with a top 200 law firm based in Royston who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.
They want someone who has three years+ PQE and is looking for a new role to progress their career.
Typical duties would include
* Manage client/matter files and ensure full compliance.
* Provide expert legal advice, including negotiation and drafting.
* Collaborate with colleagues and clients to become a recognised expert.
* Help develop long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
The successful candidate
* Strong understanding of legal processes; able to manage complex matters under supervision.
* Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport.
* Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
* Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
