Customer Team Member
Location: 2 Oak Street, Windermere, LA23 1EN
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, 3-month temporary contract, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal — keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
