Customer Team Leader
Location: Great North Road Woodlands, Doncaster, DN6 7RD
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least two evening shifts and one weekend shift. Either Friday after 6 pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. Availability will be discussed at interview.

Job Overview
You will lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, delivering essential services to the community. Your role may include working in the post office, bakery, supporting online services, or home delivery drivers, depending on the store.
Responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
* Motivate, coach and support team members to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
Qualifications
* Passion for people and leadership
* The ability to work flexibly and lead by example
* Skills in retail, merchandising or team management (experience not essential)
