A Business Development Manager job is available with an award-winning workplace design and build company in SE London! The practice specialises in UK based commercial projects and are now looking for a self-starter with the ability to develop their own processes and manage all aspects of BD. Salary of £70,000 + Commission.
Specialising in projects up to 20,000sqft, our client caters to the needs of a variety of businesses, from start-ups to well-established firms looking to revitalise their workspace. The business has been recognised for their exceptional approach to managing clients and understanding their needs. With this role they're looking for someone who shares that same level of care and attention and has a proven background within the D&B sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Driving business growth
- Developing the required processes
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Conducting market and customer research
- Producing reports on opportunities and conversions
- Managing collaboration at different levels with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the D&B field is essential
- Knowledge of dealing with web leads and other lead generated sources
- Proven experience successfully maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Must have own contacts including agents
- SEO & PPC experience
- Social media account management experience
- CRM experience of similar software
- Confident with networking and cold calling
- Experienced producing reports on opportunities and conversions
- Strong understanding of construction processes, design principles and industry trends.
What you get back
- Salary: £70,000
- Commission: 1-2% of GP
- Hybrid set up, 1 day WFH.
