Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.
Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.
Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews.
Spend time chatting, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues.
You will be supported every step of the way, whatever your shift.

5. Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).
