Efficiently manage incoming email communications, ensuring timely responses and escalating matters appropriately to relevant parties. Maintain a high level of accuracy in completing all task-related workflows and checklists. Serve as a professional point of contact for auditors, legal counsel, banking representatives, and other external stakeholders via email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
