Role Description

As an Account Manager for Jacob Bramel – State Farm Agent, you play an important role in the success of our agency and the experience of our customers.


In This Role, You Will

* Build strong relationships with customers
* Help clients understand their coverage options
* Provide guidance and support for policy needs
* Identify opportunities to recommend additional protection


Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations
* Assist with resolving complex customer concerns
* Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products
* Work with both existing customers and new leads to grow the agency


Qualifications

* Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
* Comfortable having sales conversations with customers
* Self-motivated and team-oriented
