We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Bordesley Green, starting as soon as possible. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing across the school day. You will work closely with class teachers to create a positive, engaging learning environment and help children reach their full potential. Responsibilities include: * Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one-to-one * Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities * Encouraging children’s participation and confidence in learning * Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion * Helping with administrative and classroom tasks as needed This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.
