Change Manager

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans that maximise the adoption and usage of digital and cyber resilience solutions within the company's Transmission business. Your focus will be on the people-centric aspects of change, ensuring that employees are prepared, supported, and equipped to embrace the necessary changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
You will be;
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of change management plans, working collaboratively with the project team.
* Define the scope of change requirements and the benefits to be delivered by the projects.
* Partner with the Process and Performance team to understand the process impacts of the changes being implemented.
* Prepare change impact assessments and define the communication, engagement, and training activities needed to successfully embed the changes.
* Design, develop, and manage key communications to support the change initiatives.
* Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs.
You will have experience;
* Solid understanding of the change process and how people navigate through change.
* Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
* Excellent active listening skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations.
* Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and the project lifecycle.
* Change management qualification or certificate (Prosci) is essential.
