CareerMakers Recruitmentare currently looking for a Production Planner in Newton Abbot, TQ12.
Duties:
* Developing a robust production schedule, ensuring customer demand is met, whilst considering production optimization
* Ensuring labour requirements are met and shortages are communicated where required.
* Evaluating raw material and all other bill of material requirements to ensure everything is in place to meet production requirements.
* Tracking and reporting the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule. Liaising with all departments and communicating any issues that may arise.
* Evaluate production and supplier performance, recommend improvement to any areas which are directly impacting the planning process/performance
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production schedules as needed, ensuring schedules are such as to ensure production optimization
Shift Pattern:
* Monday Thursday 07.00 16.00 & Friday 07.00 12.00
* No Weekends
