Overview
Ready to lead media strategy for a major global brand? Starcom seeks a Managing Partner to oversee a top-five global client with an audience of over 1 billion across 80 countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-stakes campaigns, working directly with the Global Marketing Office to influence media investment and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
* Partner with the client’s Global Marketing Office to develop and implement global media strategies.
* Design and execute data-driven campaigns, utilizing AI-powered buying, TV, and advanced analytics for measurable results.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s media team and internal specialists.
* Manage projects from start to finish, translating insights into impactful campaigns across online and offline channels.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize media performance worldwide and share success stories.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* Ability to tell stories through data, simplifying complex media, tech, and analytics concepts.
* Experience managing high-profile clients with a solid understanding of digital platforms (GMP, GCP, Meta).
* Strategic thinking to identify opportunities that grow business and agency revenue.
* Resilience under pressure, with strong presentation, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
* Global experience managing multi-million budgets across international markets.
* Willingness to travel (~6 times/year) and coordinate early calls for time zone alignment.
