Oversee all F&B outlets including Dotties Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Becketts Rooftop Bar, and the spa lounge.

Shape new menus, concepts, and experiences that celebrate creativity and local flavour.
Drive covers, sales, and profitability with sharp commercial acumen.
Deliver seamless service standards that reflect Hotel Indigos boutique personality.
Build strong collaboration across departments to elevate the overall guest journey.
