Job Overview:
We are seeking to recruit fantastic new support workers; people with a genuine passion for working with adults with learning disabilities and maintaining high standards. As well as this, candidates will hold our shared values and behaviours to support our residents to enjoy life, fully.

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties will include support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. The ability to think 'on your feet' and be flexible is also important.

Roles we are seeking to fill are;
· Full and part time day support workers (hours to be agreed)
- Waking & Sleep-in night shift workers.
You will need to hold a minimum of NVQ Level 1 working towards Level 2
* Hold a Care certificate.

Experience:
- Previous experience care, patient care, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Ability to provide hospice care with empathy and understanding.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- A caring and compassionate nature towards those in need of support.
