What You’ll Do: Be the go-to resource for all HR queries—providing insightful advice on policies, procedures, and best practices. Champion employee engagement initiatives that spark motivation and enhance team spirit. Oversee the recruitment process from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new team members. Play a key role in employee performance management, helping to identify development needs and coaching employees to reach their full potential. Collaborate with management on HR projects that drive improvements and ensure alignment with our business goals. Utilize your knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Requirements A background in HR with demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role. Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to resolving issues and a knack for problem-solving. Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
