Head of Sales – InsureTech (Personal Lines)
Home-based | 1 day per week in the Manchester area + UK travel as required
Up to £100,000 base + double OTE
A leading global insurance technology and analytics organisation is looking to hire a commercially driven Head of Sales to build and lead its UK sales function focused on the Personal Lines market.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected business with an established international presence, while taking ownership of a greenfield UK sales function with strong backing from senior leadership.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK insurance market, with a particular focus on Personal Lines carriers and MGAs spanning:
Home Insurance
Pet Insurance
Travel Insurance
Motor Insurance
Specialty Personal Lines
What they’re looking for:
A true hunter mentality with a proven ability to win new logos
Experience selling into the UK insurance market, ideally across Personal Lines
Strong network within insurers, MGAs, or brokers
Background selling:
Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
Insurance platforms
SaaS solutions
Core insurance technology
Ability to build pipeline from scratch and create a structured go-to-market strategy
Comfortable operating in a standalone sales leadership role initially
