Ready to take the reins and lead your own conveyancing department? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancer to step into a Head of Department role, joining a respected and supportive firm known for its welcoming culture and longstanding client relationships.This is more than just a job - it's a chance to shape and grow a department, with full autonomy and the potential to progress into partnership and even equity, should that be of interest. The successful candidate will be stepping into a thriving conveyancing team with no expectation to bring in new business - work flows consistently through referrals and repeat clients.You'll be supported by a well-established and friendly team, including a licenced conveyancer, senior and junior paralegals, and a long-serving secretary. The caseload covers the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, and you'll be expected to bill in the region of £40-50k per month. Flexible hybrid working is available (currently two days per week WFH), and the role offers free parking, a standard 9-5 working day with no pressure to stay late, and access to a range of wellbeing benefits.What's on offer:
